Job summary

Mobily AT&T in Sturgeon Bay, WI is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and operations, drive performance, coach a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-growing environment.

You will own inventory, launch new products, and partner with district leadership to grow the business while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
