Mobily AT&T Family in Austin, TX 78704 is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own sales and operations, lead by example, coach the team, and ensure a seamless customer experience. You’ll manage inventory and roll out new products and services, becoming the heartbeat of the store.

You will drive performance with 1+ year of retail sales management experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for developing a winning team in a dynamic, commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned environment)
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
• Exceptional sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards
• Knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
