Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Austin, TX to lead store sales and operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will own inventory management, product rollouts, and daily store performance, driving growth and adherence to company standards.

You should have 1+ year of retail sales management, be bilingual, and possess strong leadership and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (commissioned sales environment preferred).
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and operations of your store and drive business performance.
• Lead by example, coach your team, ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage inventory and rollout new products/services with the District Manager.
