Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead sales, service, and daily store operations. You will coach a team, drive customer experience, and manage inventory while achieving sales goals.

This full-time role offers base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding national team. Experience in retail leadership, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing store teams.
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to meet targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to support other locations within radius.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences at all times.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Coordinate with District Manager to launch new products and processes.
• Ensure staff is trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.
• Staff and schedule to budgeted hours; maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to back-office processes and timely training.
• Protect assets and respond promptly to communications.
