Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager 3 to lead a busy retail location in North Miami. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience with AT&T services and devices.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, execute merchandising and product launches, and partner with stakeholders to drive initiatives beyond the store walls. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Retail Store Manager 3 earns a base between $55,000 - $82,600 + commission with a total target compensation of $81,000 - $108,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
