Mobily, an AT&T authorized retailer, is seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (BRSC) in San Antonio, TX. The role offers a salary range of $25,000–$50,000 base plus commissions, plus a $500 new hire bonus and career growth opportunities.

You will provide exceptional customer service, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions while representing the AT&T brand with professionalism. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and professional attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store and able to work across a district.
• Proficient with a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat appearance.
