Job summary

Mobily is hiring a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Phoenix. The role offers base pay plus commissions with a $500 new hire bonus and opportunities for growth.

Training, benefits, and a defined career path are provided to build success in a fast-paced retail environment. The position supports AT&T product and service sales, with flexible full-time/part-time hours, and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills- attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent Mobily and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonus.
• May participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities for AT&T.
