Job summary

Mobily, an AT&T authorized retailer in Durham, NC, seeks a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. The role offers uncapped commission with a $500 new-hire bonus and benefits including PTO after 90 days, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus company-paid life insurance.

Responsibilities include tailoring solutions for customers, representing the brand professionally, supporting store operations, and meeting sales KPIs.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills- attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to company policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
