Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience (work or military)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong background in sales or commission-based sales within retail or related industries
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store sales and consistently grow revenue using product knowledge.
• Engage customers through consultative conversations to uncover needs.
• Recommend solutions by matching products and services to customer goals.
• Close sales using strong communication and negotiation skills.
