Job summary

2020 Companies is recruiting a bilingual Energy Sales Specialist to promote Reliant Energy plans at Walmart locations in Laredo, TX. You will engage customers, drive enrollments, and earn uncapped commissions with a weekly base pay plus incentive structure.

Training is provided, and top performers can reach high weekly earnings. The role requires evenings, weekends, and holiday availability in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (read, write & speak Spanish).
