Job summary

Cardinal Health Innovative Delivery Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Community Health Center Retail Pharmacy Technician in California to support dispensing and patient care in a community pharmacy setting.

The role requires fluent Spanish, strong customer service, and the ability to work with a pharmacy team to ensure accurate medication preparation, labeling, and delivery of medications to patients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish required.
• Registration in state where the position is located (if applicable).
• At least 2 years with retail pharmacy technician related experience preferred.
• 340B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional working relationships with pharmacy personnel, physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel.
• Understand that pharmacy requirements are varied and may change with department demands.
• Be available to customers/patients at all times.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude when dealing with customers.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by adhering to procedures and regulations.
• Organize medications for pharmacist to dispense by profiling prescriptions; preparing labels and quantities.
• Ensure medication availability by delivering medications to patients and ordering as needed.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Work with pharmacy team to ensure best practices regarding 340B.
