Qualifications

• 1 year proven retail sales management experience.
• 1 year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store in his/her absence.
• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including targeted sales achievement and merchandising/promotional activities.
• Focus on customer service and retention; audits, employee training, inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations and deposits.
• Drive customer satisfaction measured by surveys and maintain store safety and security.
