Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Lead to support daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for customers and employees alike.

You will assist the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief, lead by example, and help meet daily goals while maintaining order, cleanliness, and professionalism in the store. Weekend, overtime, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail (required).
• Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work indoors/outdoors (Preferred).
• Experience in automotive, salvage, or recycling industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Support training, development, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain vendor and supplier relationships.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies and SOPs.
• Work retail hours including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Perform retail-related tasks as directed.
• Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
