Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects and identify needs to provide suitable financial solutions
• Lead proactive engagement with existing customers, complete needs assessments, and grow loyalty
• Recommend tailored solutions across banking products (everyday banking, retail investments, lending, home financing, small business) and guide digital/self-serve options
• Assess and process customer transactions and inquiries while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance
