Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required; ability to engage customers in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by identifying and recommending bank products and services.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Support branch servicing duties including vault balancing and ATM maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries with Woodforest training and uphold service standards.
