Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. in Patterson, CA is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Retail Assistant Store Manager to join the T-Mobile team.

You will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires management experience, at least 1 year in retail or customer service, and the ability to coach staff, analyze performance, and communicate with leadership.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• 1+ year retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and coach the team.
• Able to follow leadership and communicate clearly.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (Word, Email, Sheets/Excel).
• Availability evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to stand long periods and lift 20 lbs.

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $18.00 - $22.00
