Job summary

East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is seeking a Resident Services & Wellness Coordinator to support residents' day-to-day well-being and long-term stability. You will provide one-on-one assistance, connect residents to healthcare, food access, and benefits, and plan community programs.

Onsite at EBALDC properties in the East Bay, this role emphasizes relationship-building, confidentiality, and culturally competent service delivery to Cantonese- and Mandarin-speaking residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services, public health, or community-based work (or equivalent).
• Experience working with diverse communities; seniors or affordable housing preferred.
• Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one resident support, referrals, and service coordination.
• Connect residents to healthcare, food access, financial assistance, and public benefits.
• Plan and lead community programs, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate wellness initiatives (health education, fitness, aging support).
• Track participation, maintain documentation, and support reporting.
• Partner with Property Management and community providers.
