Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge in consumer lending preferred; banking experience may substitute for a degree; leadership skills required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell bank products, open/close accounts, service customers, and process transfers and account requests.
• Identify client financial needs and offer solutions directly or via referrals.
• Partner with Mortgage Banking Advisor to grow deposits and loans.
• Guide newer staff and assist in complex situations.
• Deliver professional service and financial solutions to clients.
