Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team in McKinney, Texas. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $62,400, a $4,000 signing bonus, and the opportunity to collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Nutrition, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

The RDN will provide individualized nutrition counseling, lead groups, and engage in community initiatives, making a significant impact on client health within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• RDN certification via the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current, unrestricted Texas license.
• 3+ years of clinical nutrition counseling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Individual Nutrition Counseling – Deliver client-focused care across all age groups through assessments, goal-setting, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience – 3+ years of clinical nutrition counseling; outpatient setting preferred.
• Expertise in child, adolescent, and adult nutrition care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: Starting at $62,400 (commensurate with experience, up to $77,500)
