Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Oklahoma City is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). We provide paid training to become an RBT and guide you step by step as you work with children in home or clinic settings.

You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, follow plans from the supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with staff. The role values reliability, communication, and a passion for helping families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• You must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as assigned
