Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver evidence-based interventions and data-driven progress.
Training is provided if not yet certified, including RBT exam costs. Eligible candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, with a high school diploma, reliable transport, and willingness to travel up to 30 miles.

As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver compassionate care. Not certified yet? We’ll train you and cover your RBT exam cost!
This position will provide in-home services to clients located within a radius of approximately 30 miles from your home. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between client locations. We offer premium pay for sessions scheduled after 5 PM, as well as paid drive time between clients, and weekly BCBA supervision.
The expected salary range for this role is $30.00-38.00 per hour.
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
