Job summary

C4Behavior LLC, a Finni Health company, is seeking a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Savannah, Georgia team. This in-person, part-time role focuses on one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients build essential life, communication, and social skills, in a supportive setting.

You will collect and track session data, follow treatment plans, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Must understand HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology is preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required)
• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
