Job summary

Onsite Dealer Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to support day-to-day recruiting operations in an in-office setting in Mission, KS. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of administrative experience, Spanish language proficiency, and familiarity with MS Office. Prior recruiting experience is preferred and HR software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience required; recruiting experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills are required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with HR or recruiting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job openings on appropriate job boards and platforms.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Assist with onboarding for new hires.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate status, and hiring progress.
• Support the HR Recruiter with additional recruiting tasks and projects as needed.
