Job summary

CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume healthcare roles, including Home Health Aides. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen and interview, and drive onboarding and compliance.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, experience with ATS and MS Office, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Position Summary

The Recruiting Specialist manages the full recruitment life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare roles, including Home Health Aides (HHAs).
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, referrals, and community outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates, clearly explaining job details, pay, schedules, and expectations.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and local community partnerships (colleges, training programs, workforce agencies).

Onboarding & Compliance

• Prepare and process new-hire paperwork and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification.
• Maintain compliance records including I-9, E-Verify, certifications, licenses, and other required documentation.
• Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all new hires.

Administrative & Team Support

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee data in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and applicable employment laws.
• Assist with recruiting projects, process improvements, and team initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service (healthcare or home care experience preferred).

ABOUT CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC CARE AND HELP HOME CARE, LLC (“Company”) provides non-skilled services to individuals in their homes or other independent living environments. These services include (but are not limited to) assistance with self-administration of medications, personal care such as assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding, homemaking such as assistance with household tasks housekeeping, shopping, meal planning and preparation, and transportation, companionship, respite care such as assistance and support provided to the family; and other non-skilled services. We conduct criminal background checks when required on all staff. We also conduct physicals and tuberculosis screenings for all direct care workers and office staff with direct consumer contact upon hiring and on a yearly basis. The direct care workers of the Company are required to complete a minimum of forty (40) hours of experience or practical training and a competency evaluation, or a state certification program. This training includes information regarding personal hygiene, safe transfer techniques, infection control, and basic nutrition. All direct care workers of our company also receive supervised practical training before having direct contact with a consumer or verification of prior experience.
