Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (written & verbal).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with seniors, youth, or individuals with special needs is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and lead group activities.
• Must pass background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with recreational activities such as games, arts & crafts, music, fitness, and outings.
• Engage participants in a positive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive manner.
• Support the planning and execution of daily activity programs.
• Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and families in both English and Spanish.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized activity area.
• Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs and abilities.
• Assist with documentation, attendance, and program feedback.
