Job summary
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Full-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our outpatient family medical clinic in Federal Way and Kent. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy, perform nutrition risk assessments, and provide counseling to pediatric, teen, and adult patients referred by PCP.
Work with a multidisciplinary team including PCPs, Health Educator, MSS/WIC, and Care Coordinator to coordinate services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition from an accredited university.
- Completion of accredited dietetic internship program or Coordinated Undergraduate Program in Dietetics.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and Certified Dietitian in the state of Washington required at time of hire.
Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and up-to-date charts and records.
- Liaise between Nutrition/WIC and clinic and community services.
- Provide medical nutrition assessment and counseling for pediatric to adult patients.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments and coordinate services with other health professionals.
- Document assessment, treatment, and plan in medical records.
