Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking RBTs to provide in-home and community ABA therapy on a flexible, part-time basis. You will collect data, maintain professionalism, and coordinate with a supportive team while traveling to client locations.

The role offers flexible hours, competitive hourly pay of $22–$30, RBT training, and growth opportunities in ABA. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required. Choose your own hours Monday through Friday; opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children with autism.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to collect behavior data and track skill acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, part-time schedule with self-directed planning.
• Ability to travel to client homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
