Job summary

EdenPath ABA in Columbia, MD is hiring an RBT to support children in in-home and on-site sessions. Compensation ranges $28-$32/hour, plus a sign-on bonus, with flexible scheduling designed around families and school days.

You’ll receive direct supervision from reachable BCBAs, a clear path toward BCaBA/BCBA, paid time off and holidays, ongoing training, and a team culture that values growth, compassion, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework toward related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in the kids you work with.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in-home and on-site as assigned.
• Receive direct, hands-on supervision hours from reachable BCBAs.
• Collaborate with scheduling liaison to minimize logistics for families.
• Contribute to ongoing QA systems and goals banks to track progress.
