Job summary

Apploi is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician in Houston to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans and provide one-to-one therapy under supervision, collecting data and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
• Collect data on targeted behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
