Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring behavior technicians in California to work with children with autism. The role offers part-time shifts with flexible schedules and opportunities to earn a bilingual premium if Spanish/English is matched with sessions, plus a $1,000 RBT bonus for current RBTs.

Training is provided on the job, including CPR/safety and data collection tools. Beginner-friendly entry-level roles accepted; prior nanny/teacher/caregiver experience is considered valuable.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Willingness to learn on the job and grow in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Use ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
