You will conduct one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment while adapting plans as needed to maximize outcomes for each client.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Completion of a registered behavior technician (RBT) training program.
• Pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and understanding for children with ASD and their families.
• Spanish-English Speaker.

Aufgaben

Job Summary:

At Applied ABC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients.
