Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work or doctoral degree in psychology.
• Current California LCSW or Psychologist license.
• Current LPCC license.

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Experience in primary care consultation or behavioral medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health services in a primary care setting.
• Consult with primary care providers regarding mental health and psychosocial concerns.
• Support patients with behavioral health needs related to chronic pain and disease.
• Conduct screening, triage, evaluation, and assessments.
• Deliver individual, family, and group interventions (CBT and contingency management).
• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists for psychopharmacology and work with care teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in program evaluation.
