• Proficiency with ERP/MRP or similar production planning software and strong Excel skills is preferred.
• Ability to organize multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Role Description

The Bilingual Production Planning, Scheduling, & Expediting Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Corona, CA. This position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery of products. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production, engineering, purchasing, and sales teams to align capacity, materials, and deadlines; monitoring work orders and progress; and identifying bottlenecks or delays.
