PS Seasoning in Iron Ridge, WI is seeking a self-driven Production Lead to oversee daily packaging operations and ensure efficient production. You will lead and develop your team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our production facility.

Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly preferred for this position. You will oversee schedules, set-ups, changeovers, and team assignments, while adhering to GMP, HACCP, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Production Lead or in a supervisory production role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Forklift certification and experience required.
• Basic math skills for measuring and weighing products.
• Proficiency in computer applications for production management.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging schedules and activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete machine set-ups and changeovers with minimal downtime.
• Schedule and assign employees to workstations based on project needs.
• Communicate with workers to monitor progress and deadlines.
• Supervise, train, and develop employees with ongoing feedback.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Load materials into packaging equipment and ensure proper filling and sealing.
• Record product and packaging data accurately and maintain GMP and HACCP compliance.
