Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including annual physicals and preventive screenings.
• Diagnose conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and manage chronic diseases.
• Educate patients in English and Spanish on conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and maintain timely EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with staff to support efficient operations and patient satisfaction.
