Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to deliver patient-centered care in a community health setting in Pittsburgh, PA. The role emphasizes comprehensive outpatient services, team collaboration, and adherence to quality standards.

The position offers a salary range of $200,000–$220,000 per year plus a full benefits package. Relocation assistance is provided; Monday–Friday schedule with one evening shift. Board-certified/eligible physicians are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain.
• Experience in community health or outpatient setting preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and general computer applications.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform complete physical exams and preventative care services.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging (including X-rays, CTs, MRIs as appropriate).
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals to specialists when needed.
• Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
• Provide follow-up care and patient education to individuals and families.
• Collaborate with behavioral health and other clinical teams to support integrated care.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of clinical support staff as needed.
• Participate in community health education initiatives.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies within the clinical setting.
