Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Bilingual Polish Data Annotator to join our client’s Data Quality Analytics Team. This onsite role supports technical research projects across Redmond, WA; Burlingame, CA; New York City, NY; and Austin, TX.

The position offers $22.00 per hour with potential performance-based bonuses. As a data annotator, you will apply labeling guidelines, maintain accuracy, and communicate trends to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prior annotation experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets
• Strong knowledge of the technology industry
• Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) is required

Responsibilities

• Annotate media based on provided guidelines as part of the Data Quality Team
• Apply quality methodology, rubric, and standards consistently when labeling large datasets
• Use internal data labeling platforms for annotation tasks
• Become a subject matter expert in your workflow
