VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk (Bilingual Spanish required) for Heartland Health Center Pharmacy in Grand Island, NE. This full-time role involves assisting pharmacists, data entry, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy pharmacy setting.

Open Monday through Friday; no weekend work. Estimated hourly pay range $20–$22. Potential career advancement into a paid pharmacy-tech-in-training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience highly preferred.
• BILINGUAL SPANISH IS REQUIRED.
• Computer experience mandatory.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services as per local/federal regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently.
• Provide compassionate and attentive customer service.
• Answer telephones expediently and courteously.
• Operate POS and ring sales accurately.
• Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and a sense of urgency during all phone and on-site interactions.
• Complete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient manner.
• Think and act proactively.
• Demonstrate the utmost professionalism at all times.
