Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with cash handling in a high-volume environment
• Evaluate and suggest bank products to support customer financial success
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions
• Achieve monthly new account production targets
• Participate in in-store prospecting and sales activities
• Process deposits and cash transactions accurately and balance daily operations
• Receive cash/checks, verify amounts and endorsements
• Guard against counterfeit currency and misidentification
• Enter transactions in computer systems and issue receipts
• Sell money orders, cashier\'s checks, wires, and CDs
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances
• Cross-sell bank services to diverse customers including Spanish speakers
• Perform other tasks as directed; maintain attendance and punctuality
• Approval limits based on authority level
