Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment, handling cash receipts and payments.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store prospecting and cross-sell bank services.
• Process deposits and withdrawals accurately and balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash/checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit items and verify identifications.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier\'s checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Provide services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
