Job summary

FNBT is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented teller to join our branch team in Humble, TX. You will handle cash transactions, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide accurate receipts while delivering excellent service in a high-volume environment.

You will assess customer needs, promote bank products, and assist Spanish-speaking customers. A flexible schedule, teamwork, and reliable attendance are essential. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check per company policy.
• Ability to work well in a team and with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend bank products and services.
• Process deposits and withdrawals and balance daily transactions.
• Accept cash/coins, verify amounts, and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier’s checks, wires, and CDs as applicable.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist a Spanish-speaking customer base.
• Follow bank policies and submit to supervisor direction.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and accuracy of records.
