Job summary

Qualifications

• Spanish Speaking Preferred
• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or, combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions that will allow for analysis of credit and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to assess customer needs and build a profile.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Reach out to customers to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Coordinate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic solutions.
