Job summary

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting an expanding group of 15+ physicians and 8+ APPs in Dallas Texas with the recruitment of a Spanish-speaking Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. The group caters to female patients, providing top-notch primary and obstetric care in 13 offices in and around Dallas.

Base salary is $105k, with an expected total compensation of up to $130k including bonuses. Benefits include health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, 4 weeks vacation/CME, $2000 CME, and a 401K

Qualifications

• Spanish-speaking pediatric NP with active license.
• Pediatric primary care experience preferred; obstetric care familiarity a plus.
• Ability to work in Dallas area and collaborate with a multi-office group.

Responsibilities

• Build the pediatrics practice and ramp up over time.
• See roughly 10 patients per day at start, with a goal of 25/day within 6–12 months.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule and provide comprehensive pediatric care.
