Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant for the Stone Ridge clinic. This seasonal-full-time role supports pediatric patients, with duties including triage, exams, vaccinations, and CLIA-waived testing.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, MA certification, and BLS certification. Flexible availability and background check clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical Assistant education/certification is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Solid understanding of patient safety and clinical standards.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Triage pediatric patients and gather accurate histories.
• Assist with exams and procedures while keeping kids comfortable.
• Administer medications and vaccines with strict safety protocols.
• Perform CLIA-waived testing and quality checks.
• Document in real time and close charts by shift end.
• Support patient flow during high-volume periods.
