Live Well Homecare is hiring a front desk coordinator in Chicago to deliver high-quality patient service in a healthcare setting. You will greet patients, register them, verify insurance eligibility, and manage waiting areas to keep care timely and efficient.

Responsibilities include EMR registration, monitoring wait times, and communicating delays. Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish a plus to assist diverse patient

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of medical office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual ability in English/Spanish or English/Polish preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients during appointments and check-ins.
  • Register patients in the EMR system, verifying demographic and billing details.
  • Monitor waiting areas and communicate delays effectively.
  • Identify insurance types and confirm patient coverage eligibility.
