AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high‑performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise, train, and develop staff while maintaining store operations and inventory control. You’ll partner with commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries, exceed sales targets, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

Qualificações

• Leadership and decision‑making abilities with integrity.
• Willingness to work a full‑time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and ensure timely deliveries.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
