Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to customers, manage COD collections, and handle customer returns. The role emphasizes safety, device usage, and secure handling of all assets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Must possess a legally required state driver’s license.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers safely and efficiently.
• Use fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and inspect them daily.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and monies collected at all times.
• Handle customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special customer needs to store management.
