O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles and deliver parts to professional customers in a safe, efficient manner. The role includes collecting money on COD deliveries, handling customer returns, and supporting store operations as needed.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and you will use handheld devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage while maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, and update mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily inspections.
• Secure monies, keys, fuel cards, and devices at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate problems or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or damage to the store manager.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and vehicle is secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy and perform other duties as assigned, including stocking and merchandising.
• May assist customers as a cashier and help with merchandising when needed.
