Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Driving record must meet company policy.
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license.
• Familiar with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and conduct vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good condition; complete daily inspections prior to operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and money at all times.
• Pickup customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues to store management.
• Report maintenance needs or accidents to store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel is topped up and vehicles are locked at end of day.
• Clock in/out per policy.
• Assist with customer service, cashiering, stocking, and merchandising as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
