O’Reilly Auto Parts in Indiana seeks a Delivery Specialist to operate store vehicles, deliver parts to professional customers, and manage COD collections and returns. You will maintain safety, use handheld devices, and perform daily vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities include securing vehicles, payments, and keys, assisting customers, and supporting merchandising tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Process deliveries with hand-held devices, capture customer signatures, and log mileage.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform daily inspections before operation.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, devices, and monies collected at all times.
• Pick up customer returns and complete driver return slips.
• Communicate customer issues to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or accidents to management.
• Clock in/out per policy and support merchandising tasks.
• Assist customers as needed, including cashier duties and stock replenishment.
• All other duties as assigned.
